Rates

This is a great networking opportunity, and you can come to us, or we can come to you! Packages are available in a reception format or a training format and include: one hour networking social hour; one hour generational program; two hours generational games, music and networking. Packages Offered:

Reception Format
  • Corporate Rate – $2,500 flat rate for up to 25 participants. An additional charge of $50 per person over 25 participants, with a maximum of 75 people. Call for rates for programs over 75 people.

  • Non-Profit - $2,000 flat rate for up to 25 participants. An additional charge of $50 per person over 25 participants, with a maximum of 75 people. Call for rates for programs over 75 people.
Training Format
  • Corporate Rate – $3,000 flat rate for up to 25 participants. An additional charge of $50 per person over 25 participants. Maximum of 75 people. Call for additional rates for programs over 75 people.

  • Non-Profit - $2,500 flat rate for up to 25 participants. An additional charge of $50 per person over 25 participants. Maximum of 75 people. Call for additional rates for programs over 75 people.

Rates for programs held at the client’s location include:

  • 4-hour program beginning at 4:00 pm for a maximum of 75 people
    • 1 hour - registration and networking social hour
    • 1 hour - generations presentation by a Training & Development Expert specialized for your group.
    • 2 hours ­ generational games and networking
  • Generational music (1950’s ­ today)
  • Generational candy (1950’s ­ today)
  • Historical information through the decades (1950’s ­ today)
  • All electronic and board games (1950’s ­ today) with an historical explanation for each
  • Ewald Consulting staff will facilitate all logistics for the evening, including registration/check-in (nametags created by Ewald Consulting from information provided by client), electronic and board games set-up & tear-down, staff onsite.

Client is responsible for:

  • Location costs
  • All AV set-up and costs. AV requirements will be provided by Ewald Consulting.
  • Food & beverage costs
